Beautiful Sign But . . .

If you read other reviews, you will find that most people agree that the signs are very nice. But I am giving AMS 3 stars because the customer service is beyond horrible. 1). They offer no way to contact their company except via the email address they provide (no phone number). I left 3 emails and none of those were responded to. 2). AMS does not provide any tracking number so the whereabouts of your order cannot be tracked. They give you an order number to use on their website, and their own status bar, but it is useless. My order stayed on the check quality status for 2+ weeks, skipped the shipping status, and then was listed as being delivered for 2+ more weeks (no delivery carrier information is given nor a date of when to expect that delivery).
If you want a nice sign but don’t want to worry if this company is actually legitimate, or don’t want to wonder if/when you might receive your item, than go ahead and order from them but just be ready to spend weeks wondering where your order is and realize that AMS will not respond to you. I hope someone at AMS reads this and they make a concerted effort to provide much better customer service!!!
